HORSE RIDING HAIZEA-NAIA
HORSE RIDING Hello! We are Naia and Haizea and we practice horse riding. Horse riding is a very beautiful sport because you relate with the horses and it is satisfactory. There are a lot of disciplines but we only do show jumping and dressage. Haizea rides a horse in Yeguada Okondo (Escuela Hipica Ana Urrutia) and Naia rides a horse in Club Hipico Ayala. Haizea's teacher is called Ana Urrutia and Naia's teacher is called Imanol Fernandez. In a class, first, you must warm up very well because if you don't do the horse can get injured. Then, you can start working harder and go faster. For jumping you must warm up well the gallop because in jumping you are all the time riding at gallop. In dressage you practice a lot of figures with the horses in the three airs (step, trot and gallop).
